So how does the process work to setup training sessions? 

  • If you wish to explore personal training or have questions... contact Josh at your convenience to discuss your goals and explore your options.
  • Once you are ready to train, make an appointment with Josh for your first session. 
  • Individual workouts or "swole mate" sessions with a friend are available.
  • Book sessions by the hour or half hour.
  • Interested in a discount? Ask Josh about a multi-session package and get the best price!
